How fast are photos delivered?
Plan on delivery within 2 weeks. Delivery is often faster, but the 2-week window protects editing, organization, and quality control.
Do you have to use PhotoDay?
No. PhotoDay is included, but optional. If you do not want online parent ordering, your edited and cropped files can be delivered through Google Drive or on a USB drive you provide.
Can parents order prints?
Yes, if you enable parent ordering through PhotoDay. Families can order professional lab prints instead of relying on low-quality local printing.
Can parents download digital files?
Yes. You can offer digital downloads through PhotoDay if that is the best fit for your families.
Can your school receive all edited files?
Yes. Standard and Full School packages can include a Google Drive archive of edited and cropped files. USB delivery is also available if you provide the USB drive.
Can your school recover the picture day cost from photo orders?
Yes. You can keep parent pricing low, set pricing to recover part of the portrait day cost, or structure ordering as a school fundraiser.
What add-ons are available?
You can add extra students at $10 per student, staff-only headshot sessions from $500-$900, staff headshots on picture day at $20 per person, a second backdrop for $300, rush delivery under 5 business days for an added 25%, yearbook or ID export formatting for $250, on-site print coordination by custom quote, and second shoot days from $1,200-$1,800.
Do you photograph staff too?
Yes. You can add staff headshots to any package at $20 per person, or book a separate staff-only headshot session from $500-$900.
What if your school has more than 225 students?
Start with Full School Portrait Day, then add students at $10 per student. If you need a second shoot day, staff portraits, extra coordination, or rush delivery, those items can be scoped before booking.
