Project Overview

The goal was to create a series of high-quality educational videos that explain the closing process clearly and authoritatively.

While the team at Title Town Closing Group is incredibly charismatic, knowledgeable, and natural in person, translating that energy to a camera lens is a completely different skill set. Furthermore, they lacked the technical knowledge—from understanding camera settings and audio gear to proper lighting and editing—required to produce content that reflects their high-end professional standards.   • End-to-End Post-Production & Distribution: I managed the entire backend process—from cutting the footage and color grading to designing the thumbnails and handling the YouTube SEO and uploads. The client only had to show up and speak.
