This is the wide-angle lens in my current two-lens setup, alongside the Sigma 85mm f/1.4. I use my kit for vlogs, video recording, portraits, and event photography.
Why it is in my kit
It covers my wide-angle needs with an f/2.8 aperture throughout the zoom range. It is the lens I reach for when I want more of the surroundings in the shot.
Before you buy
This link is for L-Mount. Check your camera’s mount before ordering. A wide-angle zoom and an 85mm prime leave a gap in focal lengths; I do not currently own the 28–105mm zoom I am considering to fill it.
